Staff told me they didn’t have my particular synthetic oil in stock. I didn’t get serviced No oil to fit my car. Staff only gave me 1 price for my oil which was highly Expensive for Full synthetic oil. Ridiculous absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Mark down prices for oil change.

I asked to have a state inspection done as well as the oil change. I was told that my car would pass inspection without replacing the 3rd brake light, which I knew to be untrue. I was told that my wiper blades would not pass because they were streaky. The tech then told me he would give me 29% off the blades and 3rd light. That would be very generous if he weren’t just trying to upsell me. I left with just the oil change , went down the street to an inspection place, where my car passed inspection very quickly, without replacing anything.
