I look forward to returning to this shop mostly because of your team lead, Mike, although he says he's not the team lead, but it is apparent that the crew takes direction from him. He always calls me by name, is always conversant, is always offering to provide a little personalized service. Beyond the friendliness of Mike as well as the entire crew, the customer service is outstanding. It's unsurpassed in this industry as well as retail encounters in general. I never feel pressured to be upsold or guilted in to purchasing extra services, even though they are offered. This is a departure from dealerships and other service outlets. I actually had a very generous coupon from JiffyLube, but opted to pay more to remain loyal to your shop. I don't return for oil changes; I return for the staff and the customer service.

On this occasion I felt pressure to buy other services that you offer, and I really don't like that (like windshield wiper blades).
