I was informed that my transmission fluid level was low and I asked if they could add flid. The attendant said he would ask his manager and I was informed that he could not. However, when looking at my receipt just now, it clearly states you check and fill the transmission fluid if it is low. I have been going to Valvoline Instant Oil Change for probably close to 20 years and have always been satisfied with the service. I was also advised that I needed windshield wipers which had just been replaced 9 months ago. It felt as though they were inexperienced and just attempting to sell me additional services and now i will need to check out my car for leaks that there is no evidence of in my driveway. New crew and I have no confidence in this crew. I will try them once more and if I find the same thing I will cease using your service.
