The older guy on the computer was friendly, polite and not pushy guy under the hood was quick and thorough and methodically moved from task to task. Well, obviously, I couldn’t observe the person under the car but their part was performed quickly. I actually told the guy under the hood that I believe was of Pacific Islander descent. That this was probably the fastest I had ever been in and out of there for an oil change. And that I felt that they did a good job! He seemed extremely happy for the kudos as I’m guessing they don’t get enough of that there. Not sure if that’s just because the customers don’t think them enough and acknowledge their quick work or whether that’s also the case of the management. Please make an appointment to recognize that three person team that completed my service thank you!
