Marcus was talking on the phone with a friend while looking under my hood so unsure if he even checked the stuff he was supposed to. Didn’t check my tire pressure, didn’t ask me what oil I wanted or needed, didn’t tell me how much it would be or ask if I wanted any add ons. I found out the price and the level of oil he chose for me as I checked out. Other guy was nice but didn’t interact with him much.

No recommendations provided other than back light repair; as in he told me it was out during the initial inspection then I asked if they could make the repair. He said yes, I followed up with how much and then he explained cost/ additional timing.Oil change was done swiftly no complaints there however as I left I heard a ding noise; my tire pressure light came on. So I had to return to ask that they check my tires. Also noticed they did not top off my fluids (washer fluid to be exact). I asked and the gentleman said we don’t have any.I am a return customer to Valvoline, but this was a new location for me & this wasn’t the best experience.

I was the only customer and there were 4 to 5 workers doing nothing. When I drove in the manager was using the computer to print the schedule for the employees so I had to wait. When the service began I then had to wait as that same manager pulled his vehicle into the bay next to me and the workers stopped working on my car to service his car. My tire pressure was never checked. The tech closed my hood without putting the cover back on - it was lying in the floor. To this day I don’t believe the cover was installed correctly because I am hearing noise from the hood.
