A gentleman by the name of Ken helped me along the way! Since I don’t know cars very well, he basically told me how things work and what items I needed to travel the distance I’m going. He made sure my battery was capable of going the distance as well as my tires. He was like an encyclopedia for cars haha. He was also very enthusiastic and positive as well as the crew! They were so kind and friendly, even in this difficult heat! Everytime I go to the Brewton, AL store, it’s always an amazing time. Very fast service and friendly people! Definitely going back once I return!

First the wait was terrible they were very slow. It took almost 2 hoursa car in bay and one ahead of me the guy comes to the car says they like 12 minutes on the car in the bay. Didn’t happen I didn’t receive a receipt to put with the ot. My husband checked the windshield washer fluid they did not add any to it. They spikt oil everywhere and did not wipe it up. I have pics. The gentlemen that changed my cabin filter was very polite and respectful. Done everything right I I believe but the others I’m not sure. Thank you for your time and you’re welcome for mine.
