My service team John, Samuel & Caloeb. In my several years of driving and getting oil changes, I've never had such a pleasant experience. John had the best personality! From start to finish, he was professional and so charming. He helped me all the way through it's a 2013 mercedes so sometimes it can be a challenge in working the settings. Your company should acknowledge this team! It's hard to get this kind of service in today's world.
