The staff was friendly and Knowledgeable about my vehicle. They recomended a fuel system service which I was a little skeptical of at first. As it has turned out the car is running much stronger and idles better just as the tech said it would. Taking an extended trip and I am looking forward to seeing if the gas mileage improves also. All and all they did a very good job of taking care of me.

Only about 5 minutes outside the bay. once in the bay it was by far the longest stay I have experienced at Valvoline. I was there between 45 minutes and a hour. Seemed like they were well staffed l. Don't know what the difference could have been. Maybe some training taking place.

My 2023 Ford Raptor came in for an oil change. Stripped bolts securing my skid plate. Left and came back with rattling from skid plate. The left out 2 bolts from skid plate. Got home had oil pouring out of engine Bay Area. Only to find out after 70 miles of driving there was an old oil filter lodged between the skid plate and engine. Had to remove old oil filter date 2-22-24

Other places I've gone to get my oil changed. Have pressured me to buy things that I did not need. I am a truck driver but they thought because I was a woman they could try to trick me and tell me if I didn't do certain things my car would fall apart going down the road. Valvoline did none of that if I told them I was fine with my air filter they never tried to sell me an air filter after I said I was fine. I liked how they didn't make me feel like an idiot just because I was a female and they actually listen to me and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need.

I’ve been to faster quick lube places but this bunch was very nice and once again, not pushy at all. They even recommended I didn’t change my air filter right now because it was still pretty clean which I couldn’t believe at all
