UNTRUSTWORTHY The Store manager, Daniel, stripped the original plug, threw it away, and installed a cheap aftermarket one without my permission or even telling me. They deliberately hid it—no mention on the receipt, charged full price, and tried to rush my truck out of the bay. Something didn’t feel right, so I insisted on looking underneath before driving off. When I saw the unauthorized part and called him out, Daniel turned hostile—raising his voice and threatening me in front of my family, claiming I had “no choice” but to accept it or take the ruined plug back. Don’t trust them, go somewhere else.

Very good service this morning. Oil change, air filter and all fluids checked. Was in & out in about 20 minutes. Work done by Lexie, Dior & Sarah. Air filter price was almost identical to Walmart price.
