This Valvoline in particular is close to my home and the service is always great, so I have become a repeat customer as result. There was one mishap concerning my muffler at risk of being crushed when the car was being lifted for a tire rotation, and the stuff caught it and lowered my vehicle immediately. I greatly appreciated their honesty. I am due for a tire rotation and balance as it has been a while, and they recommended a service station that could assist with that since Valvoline doesnu2019t conduct balancing.

These guys weren't as knowledgeable as the guys I was use to. He suggest other services I may have needed. I didn't receive my receipt paper with all the things that was done or needed looking into. I was almost home before I realized he didn't give me a paper print out.

Nemo and the rest of the staff were great as always! very friendly staff. It was busy when I went and they made sure to try and get everyone moved through as quickly as they could and made sure nobody got their spot skipped over in line if one lane finished before the other. Great conversation, friendly, and helpful! Before I came I went to get new tires and tire distributors and me and the guy that worked there talked about how friendly the people at Valvoline were!
