The experience itself wasn't the problem, other than the time it took. I simply wanted them to top off my oil because my car go through it very quickly. After leaving, we noticed that our car smelled like oil, was leaking oil on our driveway, and the engine was much louder than when we brought it in.I now have to take the car in again to get it inspected to ensure that the oil filter cap is tight and that there are no other issues. Disappointed!
