I was skeptical due to a bad experience some years ago at "quick change" establishment. However, I was instantly impressed with the level of staffing and the amount of motivation they all seemed to have on a very very hot day in Alabama. The technicians kept me informed of what was being done and the Est completion time. I was asked if I was a veteran (my wife) instead of having to ask for the discount. I felt Valvoline was aware that having a repeat customer especially one with multiple vehicles is the goal in mind. I look forward to returning with my other vehicles.

Honestly, the team members were from bay to bay and I get it if they were short staffed, but none of them looked happy to be there. I just got off too, and I know how a long day is, but at the end of the day.. they chose this , so I don’t like feeling like I’m a bother. and i just felt like this particular one I will not be back to.

The price for the oil change was explained clearly. I was given 2 price options & chose the lower one. Unfortunately, I wasn't paying close attention when I paid the bill. Later in the day when I looked at it closely, I realized I had been given and charged for the higher priced option. I went back the next day but the service person who gave me the 2 options wasn't working that day. Another item was recommended and the price was clearly explained and charged correctly.
