Valvoline Instant Oil Change

We stopped in for an oil change, and before they drained the old oil, we were informed that the location was out of the specific oil for our vehicle. We were given the option to come back or wait 10 minutes while they went to another location for more oil. We decided to wait; however, the wait was significantly longer. We sat for approximately 30 minutes. We could not leave because the oil had already been drained. The oil change was quickly completed once the oil arrived. Kalaila was very apologetic and gave us coupons for our next visit. However, the coupons had expired. The most disappointing aspect of our experience was when the technician returned with the oil; he reeked of marijuana. He walked by our open car window, and the smell was overwhelming. Any form of marijuana is illegal in Alabama, and the safety issues should greatly concern you. Your employee was operating a motor vehicle while under the influence. And he continued to work in your shop while under the influence. Thankfully, my children were not in the car. I have used Valvoline for the last two oil changes and have generally been satisfied. However, the safety and competence of employees under the influence raise concerns about the services performed on my vehicle.

I pulled up at 4:56pm and everyone was just sitting around. When I pulled around they closed down the back gates as if they were closing and everyone just looking around at each other. Never will get my business again
