I had an oil change at this location back in February and needed a headlight replaced too because the bulb had burnt out. During the replacement, they mistakenly removed and threw away the bulb retainer that holds the lamp in place. I was not aware of this until a day or two after, when I noticed that the headlight still wasn’t working. I went back about 7-10 days after the initial service and explained the situation. They acknowledged the mistake, said they would order me a new retainer, contact me when it came, and said that the replacement bulb was “as secure as it was going to get.” Well it didn’t take more than a few days for that unsecured bulb to shatter, and now, weeks later, I still haven’t been able to go back by to ask about the replacement part, and haven’t been contacted at all. This has just been a massive inconvenience and a headache caused by their initial mistake. I can’t wrap my brain around why their service isn’t the least bit proactive about resolving the issue. I have spent hundreds of dollars at this location on oil changes, battery, and filter service in the past year+. I’m still driving with one headlight, and can’t afford to take any more time or money to solve this problem that they caused. Needless to say I won’t be having any more service done on my vehicle here ever again.
