I pulled up and stopped outside. The worker waived me in so I started driving into the bay. The head man runs over and starts throwing hands up to stopand then starts to tell me that I can't just come into the bay and all the safety of the workers and I tried to explain what happened and he just kept talking and talking blaming everything on me. I am always very careful when I go there and make sure I do what they say but he carried on about this for two minutes. At this point I felt like he was calling me out so I waited until the oil change had ended and I told him I wanted him to know that one of his guys waived me in and he interrupted me about safety again and wouldn't stop talking and I finally had to tell him to please be quiet and then told him that I understand safety is important but I didn't just pull in here I was waived in and that is not my fault. He was very rude at this point and never just said I see where your coming from . It was all me being careless when I was not. His employee just made a mistake not me and he didn't listen to my side. Life is hard enough without paying $158 for oil change and getting talked at like that.
