Scanner was not working at station, so i had to provide paper showing my vin number. Also i was asked for too much personal information: address, phone. Not all items that were on list to be checked were completed. I had to ask for tire pressure check for instance.

All of the staff that day were extremely helpful!! Andrew, Charles, Dustin, and Quade went over and above to provide service to me!! I am a senior citizen that had an emergency issue, and all of the staff pulled together to help me in this unexpected emergency, and were very kind and got me back on the road quickly; not to mention it was nearly 98 degrees!! That did not deter the kindness and efficiency of the staff!👍👍👍I am so grateful for their kindness and help!!

Staff was great. Only had a small issue b/c the oil filter for my car was not in stock so I needed to return later. They called me soon after I left so I returned for the oil change. BUT, the oil filter sent by Oreilly did not have a gasket on it so I had to wait additional time for O'Reilly to make yet another delivery.
