Ask for 4.3 quarts to avoid overfilling oil but they say yes sir that’s what your can takes and tell tech to put 5 quarts of oil in car anyway because 5 quarts is their policy. So I guess I will be taking guard off draining some oil out or paying another oil change place to do it again to put correct 4.3 quarts in motor only🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️😡😡

Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Hi Brock, thank you for reaching out. We apologize for any confusion regarding your vehicle's oil capacity. Your invoice confirms that the Ford Fusion requires 4.3 qts of oil. At VIOC, our oil changes cover up to 5 qts, so there was no extra charge in your case. If you'd like, our management team can review this. Please contact our Customer Care Team at 800-327-8242 for assistance.

I’m so impressed with how kind and knowledgeable Ray was when I came into the store for service. This can be a nerve wracking experience sometimes, but not with this crew at this location. Xavion and Ray both made an impression and I will definitely be sending everyone I know their way. Thank you to Ray and Xavion for a positive experience.
