First off they didn’t check any fluids under the hood and stated they did on the paper. I watched. The service guy clay said I needed radiator flush but never even open the cap on the radiator. After I said I would wait on it he was so rude. Gave me my sticker and as I asked a question loud enough to hear he walked away. I also asked if they could check my tire pressure. I had to remind the guy and then he didn’t even listen to what I said about finding the correct tire pressure. I always have gone to Cabot and they are great. I will never ever go to jacksonvilles again. The service was one star service and the guys were very rude

The actual service on my vehicle was good. The gentleman "Clay" that greeted me to ask all the questions was just ok. I chose a plan that I wanted. I asked if Valvoline offered a military discount. Clay said yes. During the service Clay assumed I would my air filter replaced. He brought a new filter out. I told him I would replace the filter myself because I didn't want to pay $30. He turned and walked away acting somewhat annoyed. When checking out and paying he left my military discount off. I asked him if the military discount was applied and he didn't say a word, turned around and gave me $10 off instead of the military discount. He just was not very professional.
