I think most of the crew were new so i am not upset in any way but on receipt it states my transmission was sealed..it is not ,subaru vehicles they are hard to find dip stick sometimes, had to remind them to check tires receipt states not-checked... Manager was excellent so I think alot was just lack of experience from a new staff. Myself, im a full service mechanic and I can say the service preformed was good ,no issues at all

Once my oil was drained I was then informed that they would have to order more and it would take roughly 8 minutes. About 10 minutes later the staff is talking amongst them self about who ordered my oil. I was then told it would be an additional 10 minutes. Roughly 20 minutes later I have oil back in my car. I reset my own light as they did not offer and then the pos system is Down and it takes about 5 -10bminutes to leave after that. This experience made me late to work from my lunch break

Refuse to pull transmission stick on front of transmission 06 Equinox. Said it was too hot. After having a trans fluid change last time. Previous service people at last visit told me there was NO dipstick. I researched it found out it does and so I wanted it checked! Especially after having a fluid change last time and they had trouble refilling it. Had to force fluid in through drain hole with a rag as a makeshift gasket.. took forever and didn't exactly leave me very confident it was completely full!. What should I do?
