I’m from out of town and decided to get my oil changed here instead of doing it myself, like I usually do. I have a VW and forgot the European synthetic oil cost significantly more than a conventional oil change. I’d been expecting to use a Groupon I found that had a great deal on it. The customer service rep, Ryan, was SUPER understanding and, although I didn’t get the oil change at the price I was expecting, he talked to his manager and got them to accept the Groupon as money off on my oil change and I just paid the difference. He didn’t have to do that, but I table appreciated it. Noah and Erin did the actual work on my car and were fast with it. All in all, a great experience. I could’ve saved about 50 bucks doing it myself, but I didn’t feel bad paying that money based on the service I received.
