Each lane was 5-6 cars deep...we waited an hour and ten minutes to get into the shop to get oil changed, not including the time it took for the change. No one greeted me, didn't go over cost and just told me how much I owed..they told me my car only took one kind of oil and put the oil in without asking me which caused my charge to be $40 more than usual. I was pulling out and they thought my car had oil leaking...stopped while they went back under my car to look.The gentleman at the computer was texting and cussing at his phone and told me to wait a second while he completed his text.

I went in for oil change only. They started doing other things that would be add pm’s without asking or explaining. When I saw on the screen that it was going to be way over $200, I started asking questions. The oil alone was going to be $139, I said, well gosh, the dealership only charges $85 and 64.95 with a coupon, he gave me a discount. They also disconnect a plug in the engine , which caused several of mt alert icons to malfunction. I had to go by the dealership the next day for it to be discovered. I drive a Volvo XC60 hybrid and they acted like they had never serviced one. It was a little un-nerving. They were nice people, but I became concerned about their knowledge.
