Valvoline Instant Oil Change

I have noticed with both of my cars my need oil change light come on, but have not reached mileage for another oil change on both vehicles. I took my vehicle back to valvoline because my change oil light is on and my car sounds like I need oil. The guy looked under my car I don’t have a leak, but oil is a quarter low, and my mileage is not reached for an oil change. He told me he can charge 5:99 to put a quart of oil in my vehicle. Hold on you all did not put the correct amount of oil and now you are charging me after I spent 100 and something dollars on an oil change. So you are not going to fix your mistake did not turn off oil light. Remember my other car does this after having an oil change with them as well maybe a week or 30 days after I get an oil change. Then you all did nothing to fix the problem. Well I will be waiting for your company to be sued by a lot of people and I will be in that line a long with the people. You all will not get my business ever again. You all allowed your customer to walk out the door and did not fix your mistake. Valvoline you all have gotten to big for your breaches it is time to come down to reality. Never forget your customer pays your employees, shop cost, and utilities. Without customers you don’t have employees nor a shop. I feel you all have lost focus. Your business is your character. It is only a matter of time because how your business is it set on morals or principles. It is only a matter of time

I was impressed by the militant and descriptive ways that the men went and approached their business. I think they were trained well, did a great job of being descriptive in what they were doing and had a great time at work, it seemed. They worked well together, for sure.
