I was amazed by not having to get out of my car for an oil change. The two Customer Service guys were very great and offered great service. They were friendly and they were nice.

Well, it was my first time visiting the Valvoline location. I was very impressed with the extremely professional atmosphere. I almost thought I was watching a commercial. I was immediately approached by Assistant Manager Andrew, who promptly asked what service I would be needing and to explain the process in detail on what I should expect. The process seemed seamless and re-assuring to that everything would possibly run smoothly. Andrew then instructed me to pull forward as Technician Marcus took the hand off to get the process. I am a strong advocate for great customer service, and this text message is the reason why I am writing. These gentlemen are doing an outstanding job at the Geyer Springs location. I was amazed so much that I mentioned to Marcus and Andrew that the atmosphere resembled a well-oiled machined. They were in constant communication with each other as they worked on each vehicle one by one. I would hope they can be rewarded in some way as a result of their commitment and dedication to providing a warm inviting atmosphere as well as a first-class professional service.
