Went here once because it was where the Pennzoil used to be. Got hit with many upsale attempts, higher prices for the oil change, and $402 repair bill from damage to the oil filter housing.

I was amazed by not having to get out of my car for an oil change. The two Customer Service guys were very great and offered great service. They were friendly and they were nice.
