This is the worst experience that I ever encountered. I had to sit in my hot car for 45 minutes for an oil change. While sitting there, they ignored me and started to work on other cars. I had to tell them to change my oil. I asked them why they did what they did. They ignored me. One guy said he was offended another job. WT!

I wanted to get an oil change and was actually excited about there being females working. There was a male working also that appeared to only initially handle the cash transactions offered me a service for a filter that was inside of the car after showing it to me I declined the filter he then struggled to put it back for a few minutes and then said I was good to go. The lady Nyla completed the rest of the service and told me I was good to go. I stared my engine and turned my air on and my car made some kind of loud howling noise that it was NOT making upon my arrival. I pulled back in and told them what happened. The guy told Nyla it must be debris in my a/c and walked away. I told her what he did and she called him back over attempt to clarify what he could have done and he told her he was going to check on the other customers and walked awayu2026. She pulled the filter out and put it back in which stopped the noise Nyla did apologize immensely for the error and the subsequent treatment and I was able to leave.
