My AC went out. They said they could recharge it. they said when I get it worked on if it has a leak they will recharge it again within 30 days for free so I won't have to pay to get it charged again once fixedThey said they found a leak and said goodbye. They did not tell me the service wasn't finished. I just knew my ac still wasn't working. I called and talked to the guy that worked on my car. He said they found a leak. I said if you couldn't do the service then why am I paying for it? All he said was sorry you signed a waiver. they didn't give me all the information. I feel like I was talked into getting something done that was wasting my money. My mechanic found it completely empty of fluids with caps left off and no idea what the Valvoline mechanic did and they would have no idea if there was a leak unless they put in dyed fluids and actually see it. So basically the Valvoline workers just told me stories to get me to pay for a service and just messed with my car. The person that did my service said he would open a ticket to try to get my money back but I didn't get a ticket number or anything.

While changing the Incab air filter the worker broke the glove compartment off its hinges and told me he would turn in a claim to Valvoline and send me a copy the next day. I called at the end of the following day to talk to the manager and was told he would call me back and that hasnu2019t happened. I would like to have the glove compartment on my car repaired or replaced. At least let me know what Valvoline intends to do even if nothing so I can proceed on my end!!
