1.0 out of 5.0

We brought one of our company trucks here for a routine oil change. After the service, the truck began leaking oil from the drain plug area. Valvoline employees initially told our employees they would take responsibility for the issue and asked us to bring the truck back. By the time we went to return it, it had lost so much oil that we did not feel it was safe to drive. Valvoline brought oil to our office, added it, and we drove the truck directly back to them. We took video of the truck immediately before returning it. After they had the truck, we were told a dent in the oil pan was causing the leak. We provided our video showing the condition of the oil pan before it was returned. They kept the truck over the weekend, but the problem was not fixed. The truck continues to leak oil and cannot be safely driven without risking further damage. As of today, Valvoline has informed us they will not be repairing the vehicle and will instead be sending us a denial letter. We trusted them with a functioning company truck for a routine oil change. We left with an unresolved oil leak and a truck we cannot safely drive. We have documented the situation and will now be turning everything over to our attorney to handle from this point forward. Completely unacceptable. Take your vehicle somewhere else.
