I went there, because I got an oil change there before. When I pulled up, they all looked upset about something. I pulled in, she scanned my bar code, and said that this store is out of a lot of the oils that they normally carry and that they are waiting on a shipment but it has been many days since their last shipment and they dont know when they are getting any in. I asked if I could call this shop, and they said no, that it would just go to a national call center and they might not know if they got the shipment or not. So this shop is close to my house, she said I could go to another one in the area, but did not suggest which one I should go to or call them to see if they had my oil. I dont think it is her fault it seems Valvoline doesnt care to make shipments to them and the employees might be frustrated by turning away so many customers.
