I arrived at the business at 9:00 AM. I checked my watch. I needed to get to work and was in a bit of a hurry but I did not leave until 9:40 AM. I was very late to work. The price for synthetic oil is over $100 for my Buick Envision. At an oil change business in Springdale, AR they charge me about $65 for Dexos 0/20. Guys, you gotta do better than this price and you gotta do better with speed of service.

Staff was condescending and unfriendly. I had never been there before and they treated me as if I was stupid. From now on, I will just take my car directly to Cadillac. They always treat me well and I do not have to deal with 10 million questions being fired at me in rapid succession with a look on their face as if they didn't want to deal with me.

When I pulled in I was met by a lady who told me they did not have the filter for my car and hadn't for about a month. Another person was turned away too in front of me with a Chevy Truck. It was close to closing time but I wouldn't think they didn't have filters for both of our vehicles with mine being a Acura. Still need an oil change.

The main complaint I have is that they didn't have my oil filet in stock. I had to go to Walmart, granted it was across the street, and buy my own. The discount I got for buying my own filter was only $10 and the over all price still came out to over $80

Whoever is managing the culture and service quality at this location is doing a fabulous job- the staff is the most helpful, friendly, and competent of any Iu2019ve ever seen at previous places I would get my oil changed. I was informed that 3 of the 4 bolts for my skid plate were cross-threadedu2026 The only time this has been taken off was during previous oil changesu2026 The staff resisted my explanation and eventually agreed to file a claimu2026 The manager, Chance, was supposed to call me, but that never happenedu2026 I am very disappointed that my brand new truck has this flaw nowu2026 This claim should be honored and the error corrected as I trusted the Valvoline name for my regular maintenance needs.
