I did a Groupon and called the customer service before to see what kind of oil my car needed and was told one thing so I ordered it and then when I got there I was told I could not use it and that it was not the right oil for my car. I ended up paying over for the oil change and had already bought the Groupon and it was not honored. The tech tried to help me but when he talked to the manager he was told there was nothing they could do and could not honor it.

I have always changed my own oil after having bad experiences in the past with “quick lube” places. I was a long way from home when I needed an oil change so I decided to try Valvoline. By allowing me to stay in the vehicle and watch them put the oil in made me feel a lot better. Also, checking the oil level and showing me the level after starting the engine for a while and shutting off. Will definitely use Valvoline oil change store again.

Where do I start? I like that I always feel the staff is going as fast as they can for each customer. I appreciate the professionalism. I also feel like each staff member i interacted with were courteous and helpful with my car. I told them what I needed and they were able to give me the help that I needed. Additionally, I brought my daughter along and she was being loud and obnoxious as 4-year-olds do and the mechanic was funny and relaxed about it. I felt like we had a good time and that I would go back again.
