Explained things. When driving in, manager came to window to help direct me and was very polite and telling me know worries..when I said I was nervous driving over the pit. He helped speak and explain wheel/steering wheel direction and such so I could understand the hand gestures better of the one directing me.

I don't think the service could have been much better. It was my first visit there and I was a little confused at first as I was expecting to walk in to a lobby and wait while my car was serviced. Once I realized I would wait in the car while work was performed I was happy. I did realize too that its mostly (good thing) a quick service stop and small things like checking fuses would need to be done either somewhere else or by myself which I can do. I did like the drive right in with no waiting and was out quickly. The guys were very nice, informed and informative. I will return.
