I never received an oil change experience like this. The young Man was asking questions and provided proof of my dirty air filter, and showed me the dipstick to prove I had full oil after their thorough assessment of my vehicle. This was my first visit and I will definitely return again. I didn’t have to get out of my vehicle so that was a huge plus as well. Fast service and friendly faces of experts who showed that they put great effort into their job.

On 1-15-2026, I visited VIOC for the first time and was somewhat apprehensive. However, everything turned out well for my Rogue. The staff of Joe, Assistant Manager, and a young lady there performed excellent work all while I sat comfortably in my vehicle. I was there for the full service oil change and to top off my fluids. I needed a tire rotation, but the Assistant Manager wasn't sure of that service. All in all, excellent visit and much needed in West Memphis, AR.
