There was a car in front and while I waited they offered bottled water. They also checked and topped off my fluids as I waited so it can go smoothly once I pulled into the garage. The staff explained everything well and informed me I needed an engine flush and explained how my oil was looking and what the engine flush will do and why they recommend it.
