I specifically said I just want an oil change and filter. Neally kept trying to get me to agree to more work. Didn't like her attitude! And after I read my receipt I was a bit surprised at some of the charges! One was for a premium filter...didn't need/want premium. And, next day I had a problem with my truck and was left stranded in the middle if the desert WITH NO CELL COVERAGE! Finally was able to get through to the station in Kingman, and of course the "expert" on site claimed nothing they did would cause the problem i had. I disagree! So had to go elsewhere to fix the problem for a cost of $800!

I have been receiving my maintenance services from the dealer since the purchase of the vehicle, but I decided to use your service because of unexplained "Administrative" charges and credit card fees that the dealer had begun to add to its billings. When I received your billing, I noticed a $2.25 "Additional Charge" added to the bill. When I asked about, the tech could not provide a reasonable explanation for the amount. I consider this kind of practice (adding unknown fees) to be deceptive and dishonest. If you need the amount to cover costs, then raise prices instead of falsely advertising a lower price. I told the tech that I left my previous provider for just such a practice and that I would probably not be returning because of the same practice at your business.

I was in one of two lines. Then they told me to move to the other line. Subsequently, the line I moved from went quicker and I lost my spot in line. Then they came out and told me to move back in my original line. Once that ordeal was over the rest of the oil change went smoothly.

After receiving the oil change for my vehicle. The second I pulled out into the street; my check engine light came on. I returned to the location to tell them of the issue which turned out the mass air flow sensor. I was informed that nothing could be done to fix the issue and that they would review the video to make sure no employee was doing anything wrong during the time of service. Do not understand how I could get a mass air flow sensor issue from out of nowhere when I saw the attendant check the engine air filter and put it right back in.

I was double charged. The kid doing the computer for my billing said it didn't go through and ran it a second time. And the service wasn't even completed yet. I ask why they havent even put my oil in yet. Their response was not until the bill was paid. I have 0 tolerance for companies that treat their loyal clients like we may run off before payment made.

They changed my oil in my 30 foot motorhome and did it outside because we were concerned it would no fit thru the door. Job well done. Last at VALVOLINE in Grand Ledge, Michigan while being guided in the employee did not pay attention to my awing arm and it got caught on your door jam. It cost me over $1000.00 to get repaired. I was told that the manager of the store would contact me. Never heard a word. So if your company is a stand up company I would still like to hear from someone. I’m sure I will not hear back from anyone. There was a line to get into the bay, so there was some delay. The fellas working there were top-notch. Steve greeted me and brought treats for my dog. Thomas guided me thru the process and updated me every step of the way (also treats for my dog). Another fella came up (Thomas' lead or trainer) and he was very helpful and kind (more treats). Overall, it was a really pleasant experience. Teh total price for the oil change gave me a little sticker shock though.
