Firstly, the staff alerted me that my air filter was not attached, this location was the last location I had my previous oil change at, and the last crew who touched my air filter. During this recent visit, the crew is taking a long time to finish my service. I heard them using an automatic tool, and it was loud. I asked them what was going on and they had stripped the bolts out of my skid plate and we’re replacing it with new ones. They weren’t even going to mention this to me until I asked. If you’re going to take my car property apart and hardware is damaged in the process, I should be informed right away and you should be letting me know that you’ll be replacing the hardware on my truck. The last and only two visits I’ve had I’ve left feeling like I wasn’t in hands of people who knew what they were doing very well. I’ve been a customer of Valvoline for many years in Southern California with no problems. Comparatively this location has been ruining the reputation and the experience for me. I don’t feel comfortable returning.
