It’s not the team members, it’s the price. It’s outrageous. My RAM was quoted at over $100, and the place I usually take it is $78. And yes the team member doing the script responses was annoying, I just wanted my oil changed. I had a baby in the car, let’s get the show on the road.

The staff were great once my car was in the shop. My only issue was waiting to get in and having to shuffle my car from one bay to the next in such a tight entry. A car that arrived after I did was serviced before I was. Normally I am in and out within 20 minutes. This service lasted about 45-50 minutes.

Great team and service - went above and beyond to help with 5-wheel tire rotation and ensuring that finicky aluminum hood was closed softly. Very friendly with my dog who is young and learning to socialize. Only issue is with the oil service update on the window sticker - synthetic oils are typically good for 5,000 miles or more, window sticker has a 3,000 mile interval; please let me know if I am wrong on this. This service including differential service, oil and oil filter change (removed and reattached skid plate), engine air cleaner filter, and a tire rotation. Will definitely be back - fast, convenient, with courteous service - thank you!
