So I was ask three times if I wanted a radiator flush told by three different guy told im not interested then I shown my air filter 3 tims as well I just replaced 2 weeks ago. But here the big thing I paid for a conventional oil change they tried to vacuum it through my dip stick instead of removing drian plug they had to keep pushing the straw down in to the engine. My car hold just under 4 quarts of oil he only removed 2 quarts of oil which was shown on the machine that was being used and then filled it up like nothing . Only giving me a half a oil change . If they can't even do a regular oil change right then I'm going so where else

I have been a customer for many years now, today I went in and requested a fill on one of my front tires, I could not believe that they would try to take advantage of me of charging $20 to top off one tire, this is outrageous this is misleading. Various times have the service technician, have offered to switch out light bulbs, swap out air filters, and other Etc things in order to sell you their services, this is very misleading when I come in and request one simple favor and I get an outrageous number. The gentleman that I blame is the stupid hair comb over guy with the where's Waldo glasses . I am not ever taking my four vehicles for any Services here anymore, I went down the street to Jiffy Lube and they had no problem filling up my one tire for free. Please do not go to valvolin anymore I would highly consider Jiffy Lube which they stand by their word
