Bakersfield West

I want to give a big shoutout to Isaias and Kylee! I recently got this truck and honestly I don’t know much about it or what I should even be looking out for. I had a lot of questions and they were both really helpful and took the time to explain everything to me. I asked if they could drain the oil manually from the bottom and they had no problem doing that. They also did a really thorough inspection of my truck and explained what they were checking and why. One thing I really appreciated was Kylee asking questions that I wouldn’t have even thought to ask myself. That really stood out to me because I’m still learning about this truck and it’s nice having someone who actually takes the time to go over things with you. Isaias was also really helpful and patient with all my questions. What I liked the most was that I never felt uncomfortable asking anything, even if it was something I probably should’ve known. They made me feel welcomed and didn’t make me feel like I was bothering them with all my questions. I came in just expecting an oil change but left actually learning a few things about my truck and feeling a lot better about taking care of it. Especially since I just got it, that means a lot to me. Customer service like this is why I would come back. Thank you Isaias and Kylee for being so helpful and making this a good experience. I really appreciate it!

This is the best Valvoline in town. Eric and Nathan are were very professional and efficient would definitely recommend choosing this location over others. Never had a bad experience.
