Everyone was very friendly however we had to wait quite some time to get in and then one of the plates under our car was left off and we had to come back to get put back on. However once again there was a long wait so we had to wait quite some time to be able to get something put on that should have been put on and we left so the wait was quite long

They lied and said they checked my wipers and lights and they didnu2019t. Then they had me reverse and pull out for another lady u201cbecause she was there firstu201d but she was literally in the other line for the other side. They didnu2019t even reset my maintenance light. The manager was nice but his crew seemed to be foolin around and couldnu2019t even smile

My oil was overfilled and I had to make a return trip to correct. Also, one of my valve stem caps was missing and one fell off while I was washing the vehicle because it was not put on tightly. These were specialized caps that I now have to reorder.
