Always saw this place and was weary of using this service location. However, I needed an oil change and everywhere else was by appt only. Drove up, I was quickly entered into a bay, and took my information and ask what I needed and went from there. I was only going for an oil change, but was overdue for a transmission service, the service tech, was nice enough to give me a discount if I would also do the transmission service. I went ahead and did it, and I was in and out within 25 minutes. Another detail that I liked, is that they saw my kids in the back they offered colors and a coloring book which they enjoyed. A+++ service!!!!

I was one of the first to arrive. A truck was near the entrance blocking the way just a bit. Someone made sure to come out of the service station to wave me in to Bay 2 right away. I was lucky to be greeted and served by one of the managers who introduced himself by name and position.

It was my 1st visit to Valvoline for oil change 3/26/2024, not aware of the process, no staff explained what's going on. Just going thru and following their directions.At the end, my 20% discount coupon had a "tough time" processing.Then off I went.Got oil leaks at home, not much, but there are definitely leaks on going for 2 weeks.I finally took it back for evaluation, 4/11/2024, I told them the problem. They acted like, it's no big deal, usually CFL, they called. It was fixed, washer sealant replaced. The staff was nice about. Not sure if I will return to Valvoline in the future. Honestly.
