I asked for an oil change and fuel filter when I arrived. Only got the oil change, tires not checked - they say 40psi, actual is 65-70. When I arrived, I had to wait about 10 minutes while the guy wearing short and slippers had to change. I had never seen any of the staff before- is turnover high?
