Everyone was fast, efficient, and very well trained. The team concept of doing everything together both above and below the vehicle at the same time like a NASCAR pit crew works very well for Valvoline stores. I was honestly shocked when I wasn't asked to leave my car and sit in some uncomfortable waiting room for 45 minutes like I have had to do at your competitors. To say I am satisfied would be a terrible understatement to your crew. I am highly satisfied and more importantly a repeat customer!

waited in line for 15 minutes, was told that they did not have the kind of high-priced oil that they normally use on my vehicle but would "discuss that further" when I finally got into the service bay, waited another 15 minutes and finally just closed my hood and drove away. The car in front of me in the service bay was there the whole time with no one doing anything at all to it, although I did over hear an employee explain to the driver that they "did not have the item that she needed in stock." I didn't want to wait another half hour only to hear the same thing when I finally got to the service bay.
