The staff was not familiar with ad blue even though Valvoline sells this product. The interactions with the staff were poor. When I asked the first staff member if they could put ad blue on my car he said he couldn’t help me with that and he ignored me the rest of the time. Other staff had to come and help me and they also weren’t familiar. They didn’t even care to try to help me.
