I really like the cadence, between the employees. when something is about to start and when something is complete it gives me confidence that the task at hand is being done correctly and complete. the tech will give me my options on what type of oil I would like full synthetic or conventional. with no pressure on a up sale.and any other possible maintenance on other parts of my vehicle such as tire rotation and transmission flush.over all I feel confidence that my vehicle is in good hand and the techs are competent in ther abilitys.

I came back because after an oil change, all of my oil leaked out due to the drain plug being loose. As i came in the manager took over but the rest of the staff who were in charge of pouring my oil back in, thought it was funny and laughed so hard they spilt oil all over the rest of my engine. I wouldnu2019t recommend this place to anyone and it seems like theyu2019re not taking their job seriously. if i have another issue arise with my car. im going to take serious action against this valvoline

I noticed that they seemed to be in disarray.I asked if they had a new manager, the attendant said that they have had numerous manager changes.In the past I was in and out in no more than 30 minutes. This time I waited for at least 20 minutes to get into a stall.The attendant was apologetic.
