The staff told me that I had an oil leak, which didn't make any sense, because I had literally been in two days prior to get an oil change and there were no issues. The staff couldn't clearly communicate to me why I would suddenly have an oil leak when everything was perfectly fine two days earlier. All they would say is that I should go to a mechanic. It seemed to me that something happened during the oil change at this same Valvoline two days prior that caused the oil leak in question. I then left my car at a mechanic for a day who told me that plug simply wasn't tightened. Again, this is something that would have been caused during the original oil change at Valvoline and should have been rectified by Valvoline. I shouldn't have had to go to another mechanic and be without my car for an entire day because of Valvoline's error. This was my first and second time at this Valvoline and needless to say it was not a great experience. The people I dealt with directly (who got the information from my car and went through the pricing with me) were both very friendly on Monday and Wednesday but having to go to a separate mechanic because of Valvoline's error left a bad taste in my mouth.
