Perfect experience. Robert who helped me was wonderful and very nice and never stopped smiling. I also told Adrain his ma share how great he was. The manager was ferry kind as well. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended! Thank you for a great experience.

I came to Valvoline for an oil change and a coolant/radiator fluid service. The service was completed, and I left believing everything had been done properly.
Shortly afterward, while driving, my car started overheating and I received a temperature warning. I had to pull over on the side of the freeway in the middle of the night because it was no longer safe to drive.
After inspecting the car, I found that the radiator had a hole/leak and was losing coolant. This happened immediately after the coolant service at Valvoline, when the cooling system had just been serviced.
I had never had an overheating problem like this before the service. I now have to tow my car to a Lexus dealership and potentially pay a significant repair bill.
This was not just an inconvenience — it was a serious safety issue. I strongly recommend that Valvoline properly inspect the vehicle and take responsibility for what happened during the service. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be returning.
A routine oil and coolant service should never leave a customer stranded on the side of a freeway with an overheating vehicle.
