I may have been approached by the manager, but since he did not introduce himself as the manager, I don't know. It would be helpful if the technicians wore name tags so I could easily identify those who were helpful. In addition to my oil change I also had the transmission service. Two technicians had a hard time unlocking/opening something under the hood to perform the service. I have to believe they finally did open it and the service was performed correctly and completely, but I have no way of knowing for sure.

The manager Freddy was amazing. Big smile, listened to my questions and explained everything to me. Service was fast as usual. No matter how busy or working on other cars, other employees were very polite and friendly. I always recommend this particular Valvoline, Sherman Way and De Soto.in Canoga Park. I drive all the way from Northridge and will never go elsewhere. I had a dealership appointment for this week for a tune up. Because of Freddy, and completing everything, I cancelled my dealership appointment. I am sure I saved lots of money because I was aloud to use coupons which was really helpful. Best training of employees at this Valvoline. Nothing but positive customer service. I always leave in a much better mood then when I arrived. Thank you Freddy and staff.
