I strongly believe my vehicle was damaged from an oil change provided a little more than one month ago. I saw the Technician difficulty pumping the oil from my vehicle. He was very forceful and I believe this caused damage to an oil line. Now there is a severe oil leak and the vehicle cannot be driven. I’m not seeking compensation and I only give this information because I received your questionnaire.

I trust t hi s place to do my oil change it’s way better than Jiffy Lube, these people actually do work on your car unlike jiffy lube, I went in for an oil change and they didn’t even add oil to the car and I had to take my car back and they confirmed they didn’t add oil to the car. Who does that?? Crooks!! That’s why I’ve been coming to Valvine since last year and I love the way they work and their service and customer service skills. Will definitely be returning

While I cannot fault the experience regarding the information itself or the demeanor of the employees, I felt like I was at a high school play. It was very "scripted" and did not feel genuine. I do not fault the employees as I believe it stems from the corporate staging of the subject matter and the time constraints to get the job done. Maybe there could be more of a mix of a scripted and genuine feel??
