There was five individuals working just standing around talking smoking cigarettes looking at their phones walking around the parking lot. Tried to come in just to get some air in my tires really quick something that should take less than 5 minutes and it turned into a 20 minute-minute ordeal. No effective communication individuals trying to take out my air filter and show me how dirty it is when I already said that I was just there to have my tires filled with air so I can be on my way. With five people on the clock playing on their phone smoking cigarettes talking wasting company time not taking care of a customer promptly is disheartening to say the least

I brought my own oil and filter. Red line 0W20 oil $15.99 per quart and a Wix oil filter.The technician was not able to speak clearly to me and I had to repeatedly ask him what he was saying. The service was progressing to the end and then I noticed the same technician checking the dip stick. He was using a plastic glove to clean the stick repeatedly and not having a good read as his glove was covered in oil. As I watched he reached over to the oil pump rack and then proceed to add oil to my truck, not my red line oil. I told them to stop but it was too late. At some point they lost a few quarts of my oil...how? They said they evacuated it. Another technician came over and started yelling at the two guys, they left the bay. I wanted Red line oil and they diluted it with your oil. Probably to no harm but I paid for the oil. The manager offered to go out and find the red line oil if i would wait. At this point I just wanted them to stop touching my truck. I have low confidence the work was done properly. I think you owe me $110.00 for the oil. They were not doing the call and response i usually hear during the oil change. They didn't check my lights.The manager tried...

They added an air filter to my bill when they didn't even change it. I was watching them and told them that I just put one in not too long ago and the team member asked another team member if they did put a new one in there and they said they do not have any and didn't put one in there. She mentioned she thought she saw them put one in there. In the end she took it off the bill but if I didn't catch that, I would of been charged for it.
