Not enough staff that day or time, lines were all the way backed up. I showed up because it’s always quick there, unfortunately I had my kids with me including a newborn who couldn’t stand being inside the car and it was very hot that day too. Because the lines were so backed up I couldn’t reverse to drive away. I’ll still come hoping I stop by at a better time and with more staff available. That day while I was waiting I saw 2 workers leaving, being that busy I would have thought they’d have back ups.

All staff members were professional and courteous. 2 Managers introduced themselves, Adam Ramirez and I cannot remember the other managers' name however they were both very friendly. All staff members commutated very well amongst themselves and with me. I felt safe and at ease and the services on my car was completed in a timely manner.
