The price is ridiculous. I can get an oil change for my Toyota Tundra at the dealership for $50. The cost of you oil change prior to coupon was $150. I have more time than money. I'll wait the hour at the dealership to save $100. If it was just a little more, I would use you guys every time.

There were 2 cars ahead of me, one in the service center, one waiting ahead of me. I was expecting about 15 min each car, so a 30 min wait before my turn. Unfortunately it was 1.5 hrs. I asked and was told that your store ran out of transmission fluid, so the car ahead of me in the service center had to wait until your guys got back with more. I would recommend next time your guys put an orange cone there to close that lane, so cars arenu2019t waiting there. I would have gotten in the next lane over if I had known sooner. I got there before other cars in the next lane, but they were in an out faster.

I will suggest though, that sitting three cars deep in line waiting to get serviced, and all three service bays have three cars waiting in line, in the heat, none of us customers want to witness Valvoline employees walking around doing nothing to help get each customer in and out quickly.
