They left behind double gaskets after a simple oil change. No oil left in the engine by the time I got home and smoke coming out of the engine bay. Technician poured more oil into the engine without a funnel and proceeded to spill it all over the engine bay, and it all leaked out onto my driveway. Save yourself the stress of booking towing services, missing work to sort out their mistakes, and dealing with any further issues resulting from their neglect. Find a knowledgeable shop with experienced techs that will make the necessary checks and charge half the price for an exponentially higher quality of technical service, customer service, and attentiveness.

It was a great overall experience. Very convenient, reliable and thorough. We just would have liked it to have been a little quicker. I was late to a doctor's appointment. But overall, the staff was very polite and explained everything to us in great detail. Thank you for the experience and keeping our car healthy. We will be back but will give more time and not have something we need to get to afterwards. We realize vehicle issues can take time to get it right and corrected properly and appreciate that attention to detail. Thanks so much!
