Was just charged $10 to check the air in my tires. I’m a female and just needed a little help from the folks I spend so much money with annually to keep my vehicle running.
I didn’t even need any air added, it was a different issue that he would not give me info about. Still charged me $10. I am no more knowledgeable about the issue with my vehicle and I paid for air I did not get. He said it was for labor… lol. I’ve had 2 kids and he changed me $10 for their labor… ridiculous

My first time going to get an oil change at valvoline was just this month, and I was not disappointed. They were very professional, the wait was only 20 mins, and although they showed me a dirty air filter, they did not pressure me to buy it from them. And the price was lower than the place I usually go to. So now I am switching. I'm glad I took the risk of choosing a new place.
