Staff was very thorough with everything they were doing. I learned that the drain plug is no longer removed to drain the oil but evacuated instead to not cause damage to the plug over time. Very friendly and efficient even when replacing my lights which can be a challenge on a Kia Soul but they achieved it! Thank you Team see you next month!

The girl that I interacted with was friendly. However, she wasn't able to figure out how to access my cabin air filter after she insisted on checking it. She tried using a screw gun inside the glove box. I told her not to worry abolut it after she struggled to figure it out. Worst of all, someone removed all 4 valve stem caps on my tires and did not replace them. when I got home, they were all missing, so I had to go to the auto parts store to buy new ones.

We took a vehicle in that was needing an oil change, our daughter also had the tires rotated and filter changed. The tires were removed and nothing was said about anything being stripped, but when placing the tires back on the tire hub was stripped? It doesn’t make sense that if it was damaged prior then why did no one say anything? Because in this case it was damaged going back in, so your team should accept fault, but when I called the office that was not the case. We only use valvoline for services on this vehicle. You can check your records. We now have to take this vehicle in for service which will cost way more time and money. You guys should have valued that we were very dedicated to taking it in here and just been honest.
