It was the people. They were polite and not pushy with suggestions, allowing me to make informed decisions about my vehicle. The were generous with their time, never rushing through steps and offering qualified advice. On a side note, I was thoroughly impressed by the staff. The fact that it was diversified shows me that you hire competent people, regardless of gender or background. Keep up the good work and I’ll see you in another 3K miles.

I have been going to the same Valvoline location for many years, since getting my first car back in the day. I can honestly say that the employees regardless of who they are, have always been amazing. They treat me with respect, and even when I have no idea about cars, they're very nice about explaining things. Plus they're upfront with pricing.

While the group was great, I think they should have pressed me about a radiator upgrade - 2 days later I was over heating on the 805 in San Diego a long ways away from home. They could have said well you missed it last time but we really feel it is necessary- maybe I could have narrowed the money from a friend just like I did to have the tube replaced.
