Was told they couldnu2019t get the cap off to my oil and they wouldnu2019t be able to change the filter. They asked me where I got it done last, I told them Valvoline (been coming here for years). So, they were the reason it was put on too tight. I was told that Iu2019d need to go somewhere else to replace the part they messed up. Was told this after waiting for 45 minutes

Lower the cost of the oil change. Paid 70.00 with a discount coupon for basic oil change. Employees constantly try to up sell. Literally tried to sell wiper blades to me on blades I just put in two days ago. Try to tell me battery is bad over 12 months ago during a visit and Iu2019ve had the battery still with no problems. They get irritated if you pay cash and Iu2019ve been told they donu2019t have change. I tell them not to open the air filter and just do oil change and they open the air filter anyway. I watched a poor teenager next to me be told she must buy certain things which she did not need. Staff get irritated when you donu2019t want anything but an oil change.
