The service attendant was attentive, ready to help, found me additional coupons for my service, and the rest of the staff was just exemplary. I was in and out in about 20 minutes and that's with the oil change, rear brake light installation, and a radiator flush. I believe on my previous visit they did not change my oil. This visit they could not explain why they used the machine to suck the oil out instead of letting it drain. Nothing was topped up, one of my toes was low on air and they didn’t put air in. For $90+ I expected a little more than I got.

And I would definitely take my car for other services as I'm knowing that you guys were at different services of knowing that you guys provide full brake service I'm knowing that you guys provide suspension service so definitely I'll be taking my car here

I think I've been coming here since you opened and seldom do I have a problem, but this last visit was a little different because as soon as I parked for service, the technician immediately input the air pressure on the computer. It because apparent that he skipped that step. I made a comment about it, but he dismissed it and made no comment. At the end, I did not notice if they actually checked the air pressure. Also, I know that my left headlight is down, but when the team checked it they reported it as working properly. I also made a comment about it, rechecked it and properly reported it. Unfortunately they did not have the specific lamp for the headlight to have it replaced. I was able to see that the battery was checked as well as the engine air filter. I just wish that the technicians do pay close attention to the way they check the automobile as one takes their word seriously.
