I was told I had a headlight out and so I bought new bulbs. I went to change the bulbs and discovered all bulbs were in working condition. Next, my check engine light came on half way home following the oil change. My code reader said I had an issue related to the mass airflow sensor. I looked under the and saw a 2” hose disconnected from the air box. I am dissatisfied because of these two failures. I am an approximately 20 year long customer. VIOC is very convenient, however I plan on working hard to arrange my schedule around the certified Toyota repair and sales center in Santee, San Diego because of the decline in the VIOC quality. My impression is that VIOC is having a hard time with employee retention, thus effecting service.
