We waited almost two hours, they left my car a disgusting greasy Mess all over my hood and side fenders and my car is white! I wasn't offered anything g for how long I waited. I asked to speak to a manager and I got an assistant manager who still couldn't do anything for me. One of the employees said they are under staffed that's why I'm waiting long. So it's my fault and I wave to suffer because of that..... immm no !!! I wasn't told ahead of time that I'd be there that long I had others tho ha to do as well that I didn't get done. Absolutely horrible experience this time!!!
