1. Encouraged me to overfill the engine with oil (so they didn't have to remove excess)
2. Didn't properly latch hood - came loose on the highway.
3. Didn't tighten bolts on cover under engine, so I've had to duct tape it up until I can get back to a shop.
staff was friendly, but I won't be going back.
