This was my first visit to Valvoline and I was very impressed. I received a friendly greeting and welcome and then the manager proceeded to walk me through their process. Everything was explained clearly and all work was done in front of me as a sat in my car during the entire process. The entire time required was roughly 15 minutes. Very satisfied by the service!

after being told I really needed a transmission fluid change, I was told there was no port to access the drainage, which had to do with newer vehicles. 2012 Buick Lacrosse is not a newer vehicle, so I looked it up on YouTube and found the step by step. I told him where it was, but he insisted he had looked for it but could not find it.After he watched the YouTube video, he said he would not touch it because it involved lifting a component in the engine compartment to get to the refill. It looked super simple to me, so I'm going to do it myself. Just disappointing. I expect more from mechanics who offer this service and do this everyday.

Service has always been prompt and efficient. My only complaint is there always seems to be residual drip after getting services at this location. I have used this location very many times, and every time I get an oil change, I end up with spotting on my garage floor for a couple of days. Oil changes from my local mechanic do not produce the same results, so I am forced to wonder if there is just spillage in the engine compartment during the change when I use this location. Otherwise, service is great!

Guy took apart my glove box to replace the air filter. He damaged the hydraulic release and did not put it back in when finished. He was not aware of the part. Honest mistake but damaged the connector.
