I waited 45 minutes to enter the bay.., because there is NO Escape Route to abort once in line, in-that I could have used that hour for other errands.., then swing-by to see how the line in was at some other time. As an engineer, I est.in the neighborhood of $10-15k to build an exit-line ramp through the Northern neighbors ( car wash) property-maybe the same landlord..?

Not the staffs fault really. It was a busy time I guess and some cars were doing more than just oil apparantly. The set up of this drive through doesn't let you back out if you rrealise it will take over 90 minutes for an oil change. Also despite inflation I had no idea that the price of my service had doubled since last time and the team wouldn't show me the invoice details from my last visit despite my seeing the dates of the visit on the screen with the current bill. I just wanted to confirm my disbeliefe in the hike. I was asked to move my car in the line multiple times as the bay I was facing would free up before the person waiting next to me because they had arrived first. We were all surprised by this. Albeit done in fairness, the space at this store is tight and it was not easy to negotiate. hardly worth the risk if damaging the parked cars everywhere or scraping the retaining wall to save an unknown amount of minutes. I had been using this unit for years but will likely stop now. The real rub was once I got out of there I saw the next Valvoline about a quarter mile down the street with several empty bays and employees looking eager to get to work. I guess that's on me.

They installed the oil filter incorrectly and caused my car to leak oil. I had to go back the next day to ask for a fix but they claimed nothing was wrong with the work they did. They did replace the oil filter u201cjust in caseu201d which fixed the problem.
