The oil filter was so loosely put on it fell off as I pulled the truck out of the service bay. They did fix the mistake. They replaced the oil filter, top off the oil, and clean up the oil that had sprayed on the engine. The tightness of the oil filter should have been checked. I would not recommend this Valvoline Instant Oil Change.
