Several things stood out. One is simply that they are open on a Sunday! The second was that they agreed to use the oil and filters that I provided, only charging for labor and disposal. Third was that I have a somewhat tricky cabin air filter, but they persevered and got it replaced. The major reason for my high grade, however, is that they noticed a loose bolt on the bell housing during the under-vehicle inspection. Can't tell you how pleased I am that they spotted and remedied that before it became a much larger problem. Also, I have to note, the whole crew genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs and working with one another. All in all, I couldn't be more impressed with your Encinitas shop!

Earl and Justin have helped me there and I have always found them very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough and always with a smile on their faces. I had a very extremely bad experience with Jiffy Lube that cost me a whole lot of money, due to their negligence and passing the buck on two different locations. Since I have found Valvoline, thereu2019s never a question who is top notch and thatu2019s Valvoline by a longshot.
