Great experience. Staff were friendly, quick, and not pushy. I wish oil changes were cheaper and would really benefit from a senior discount. I am 70 and not very techy or quick. I think they recognized this and assisted me along the way. I was treated poorly the other day at Albertsons self check because I was not quick enough and made a mistake. That experience was embarrassing and made me not want to come back. Our population is growing older and tech is rapidly increasing so seniors need to feel welcome. I felt welcome by your staff

They seemed in a rush, usually they check lights and tire pressure but they didnu2019t do that. I was given the 15% military discount but since I added in another service that had a coupon the 15% discount was taken off to allow the coupon. I didnu2019t realize this until later. I was not given the chance to then deny the extra service since they already started and didnu2019t communicate that.even they seemed busy with a line of cars they were messing around chit chatting. Not my best experience here. I may have to try a different valvoline.
