I typically go to valvoline at 645 w mission ave in Escondido but they were closed today so I went to the nearest location today. Bad idea, from the start the bay leader made a comment that I was bringing in my own oil, which I do because Valvoline doesn’t carry my oil for my car, never been an issue at the other location. Entire time the bay leader was making comments about the car, I was like woah, this guy is a jerk and I’m just trying to get an oil change. None of the other technicians spoke up so he must be a leader there. Nonetheless will never go here again. I encourage others to go to the valvoline I mentioned above, never had issues and guys are super nice and courteous. This leader is going to continue to lose you customers, if you want more details reach out. Wasn’t about service, just common decency and respect. Not a good time to be losing customers.
