Wonderful staff, excellent job! Highly recommend! We had a cooling system backflash, and a power steering system flush, the prices were very reasonable, but we also used coupons which made it even more affordable! And you wait in your car while they do the service. Which is very convenient. The majority of shops do not offer this option.

I had such a great experience at Valvoline! From the moment I pulled in, the team was ready to help and assisted me right away. They were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through every step of the process, which I really appreciated since I’m not very experienced with car maintenance. They explained everything clearly, answered my questions without making me feel silly, and made the whole oil change quick and stress-free. Excellent customer service all around. I’ll definitely be coming back!

My wife and I have used Valvoline Folsom for several years. The most recent trip as they normally do they pull they air filter. Since I did not need a new air filter they replaced it. When they replaced it is was installed backwards. The work was done in November and I noticed it in January, but decided not to say anything just correcting the error myself. In February I went to check my brake fluid and the cap was broken and just sitting on top of the brake master cylinder. During the November visit they told me my brake fluid was low. Either they broke the cap by over-tightening or they neglected to say anything when they checked the fluid. They are the only company outside of myself that does service on my truck. The third item I also notice in February when researching the brake master cylinder issue. When I was at there shop in November they noted the truck mileage as 99,210. As of February my mileage is only 93,568. Very sloppy work at best, I will not be returning.
