I've been being overcharged for oil changes for years now and only noticed recently when discussing it with family. I wasn't sure where to go, but the Folsom location popped up first so I thought I would try it. Isaac got me all set up and explained the products and services to me, and Hamidulla and Romeo were super polite while working on my car. Everyone in the shop was curious and cheerful. The time of service was very long... nearly an hour. The crew were not communicating well... They checked my air filter 2 times, but I caught them. They filled the oil before team below was finished (I could tell because I could feel the torque wrench tightening the oil pan plug, and they had to add significant oil at the end). This is highly disappointing, as it could have damaged my engine. Slow team, and many mistakes. Not good.

When I first pulled in a person waved to me to move to another line. I sat in this line for half hour while other lines, including the one I originally chose, were moving along. Nothing was happening with the car in front of me. A person came to check my blinkers and outside lights, etc., and he was surly, scowling and yelling at me his instructions. AFter waiting half an hour while everyone else was going ahead and the car in front of me was still sitting there, I ended up leaving without service.

July 4th at 9:30am I pulled in behind a truck. A car on both sides. When I pulled up they air filter out and working on the truck. For 20 minutes a gentleman was on the phone and looking at the license plate constantly. A 4th car pull up and pulls in a new stall. After 35 minutes I left. I came back 2hrs later. Low (first name) greeted me and was polite and went out of his way to help me. He stated that could have been a fleet service. I hope that doesn’t happen again.
